What would you do if you could do Stock Research and Investing like the Rich. Do you think you'd get excited about making a ton of money with relative safety and not much time? Well you can learn how to do this and it's not that difficult. Unfortunately most people take completely the wrong approach to Stock Research and Investing. It’s not really their fault though because people have been conditioned to approach the stock market in a particular way by Governments and large Institutions like Banks, Fund Manager and Financial Planners (who usually work for the banks and funds anyway). Most people take a buy, hold and pray approach to Investing in the Stock Market expecting to make a fortune on growth of the stock and on the dividend. Unfortunately both the growth of the stock and its dividend are usually well below what’s needed to make real financial gains; unless you're prepared to wait for 10 years. So we need to think differently about the stock market. We need to employ stock research and investing strategies that the rich use. Do you think rich people make 5% per annum returns or maybe 10% or 20% per annum? Well let me tell you that rich people consistently make 100%+ returns on their money in the stock market, and they don’t do it by buying and holding. Let me ask you something else. Do you think rich people take a lot of risk in their investments? The answer is no. The answer is that rich people earn 100%+ return (that’s double their money) every year using Investment strategies that are LOWER risk than buying and holding. It’s unbelievable I know but it’s true, and I’ll show you how they do it. First let’s talk about what we want out of investing in the stock market. If I could ask for your indulgence for a minute and tell that the stock market is ideal for Investing for Cash Flow. What this means is that the stock market can be used like an Automatic Teller Machine that spits out cash every month. So this is what we look for in investing in the stock market. Safe and regular cash returns. Notice I didn’t say Capital Growth; the stock market just isn’t suited to rapid capital growth unless you want to try your luck on a speculative stock. In stock research and investing people generally think that to make money you need to buy at low price and sell high price. Well the trouble with this thinking is that this is a difficult and time consuming thing to do consistently. It’s the large institutions that set stock prices because they control most of the shares. You're absolutely right, you want to be on the side that gets the regular, reliable income rather than a hopeful punter.
